I already have a customer number. How do I get an online account?

If you are already registered as a customer with Häfele but required an account for the online shop, please fill in this registration form. Please also enter your Häfele customer number here. We will then inform you of your login information.

As a registered customer, you will be able to see our prices online and place orders.

How do I become a Häfele customer, and how do I gain access to the online store?

If you are yet a Häfele customer, you can request a customer number and the online login data using the registration form . After you have sent the form with basic information about your company, we will be happy to set up your online account.

Please note that our offer only applies to industrial processing companies and resellers.

How can I see the prices and the availability of the products?

If you have a Häfele Online Account, you can see the prices and availability of the products and place orders online easily.

The product prices and availability are displayed both on the product detail pages and in the Basket.

Can I create multiple users for my online account?

Yes, that is possible. After you have registered, you can create other users (co-users) for your account. These co-users can also log in via your account. You can also restrict their authorisations.

In order to create a new co-user, please go to menu item “User management” under “My account” and select “New user”.

You will be forwarded to our form for new co-users where you can enter the user name and password and choose the permissions. You can create as many co-users as you wish. Make sure that this co-user receives the login data, because an e-mail is not automatically generated.

How do I manage co-users in my online account?

Once you have registered with your customer number and password , please go to ”My account” and select “User management”. Here, you can create co-users, change their settings and also delete them.

How do I change my online password?

Once you have registered with your customer number and password , please go to ”My account” and select “My profile”. Here you can store your new password.

Can I change my address data myself?

The invoice address cannot be amended online. Please contact your sales office or the field service employee who is responsible for  you. The invoice address that has been stored can be examined  under “My profile”.

New delivery address can be added, changed or  deleted at any time. The invoice addresses and other delivery addresses stored in  our system  have already been saved. Additional delivery addresses can easily be added  in your profile under “Addresses”. To do this, click on the “New delivery address” tab and fill in the relevant fields.

In order to store the newly created address as the main delivery address, please select the relevant field in the address box and then save this change.

You can edit or delete the delivery address that you have added can be edited or deleted at any time.
