Have you forgotten your customer number?

You can find your customer number, for example, on your order documents (order confirmation, delivery note or invoice). The postal code can be found in the billing address, the e-mail address corresponds to your company e-mail address.

Do you use a co-user access?

​​​​​​​If you use a co-user access, you can either use the "Forgot password" form or you can create a new password via your main user access directly in the "Co-user management".
