Design fitting solutions for wood and glass
New highlights in the Slido range include two design fitting systems for single and double sliding doors made from wood and glass. StarTec ST-E1 is a fitting solution suitable for wooden doors weighing up to 80 kg in which the entire sliding mechanism is concealed within the sliding door itself. The solution truly catches the eye in both home and office envi-ronments, as the doors appear to float weightlessly in front of the wall. The doors simply have to be at least 38 mm in depth to accommodate the sliding mechanism. A bottom running track is not required.

The design equivalent for glass doors is the Slido 280-L. The most noticeable feature of this elegant sliding system are the 85 mm or 120 mm rollers that carry the glass pane along a bottom running track made from matt stainless steel or polyamide (grey or black). The top guide track is made from silver-coloured anodized aluminium and can be fitted to the wall or ceiling. Slido 280-L is suitable for large glass doors weighing up to 280 kg made from tempered safety glass with a thickness of 8 mm to 10 mm.
