1. SALES COORDINATOR (PROJECT TEAM)
Job Desciptions:
- Maintaining a healthy relationship with existing customers while opening up fresh customers.
- Providing sales and administrative support
- Supporting the sales team in attaining sales targets.
- Preparing proposals, agreements, sales reports, and presentations.
- Updating the status of sales order the ERP system
- Maintaining an efficient work environment.
- Promoting the facilities of the organization to fresh and existing customers through a proactive approach.
- Assisting in the implementation of sales strategy as prepared by the Sales event manager.
Job Requirements:
- Excellent polite and persuasive communication skills.
- Passionate, hard worker and well organized professional with power to prioritize and multitask.
- Should exert sound judgment, discretion and preserve confidentiality.
- Ability to meet deadlines.
- Good liaison with all other department members.

2. SYSTEM ADMINISTRATOR
(Based KL)
Job Descriptions:
- Must have knowledge in Windows Servers (OS & Hardware)
- Experience in Domain & Active Directory
- MS SQL Server 2000/2005
- Support a major client-server & multi-sites based in-house business application system. Involve in day to day end user support and issue investigation / troubleshooting.
- Basic Cisco devices based network management
- Deploy all software and hardware upgrades to the production servers and sites.
- Proactive monitoring of all servers, applications and services to ensure high availability and SLA’s.
- Assisting in implementing, testing and maintaining server level disaster recovery plans.
- Liaise with vendors for technical issues resolution.
- Liaise with HQ System Administrators
- Create and maintain regular statistic and documentation for all IT processes and procedures.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 1-2 years of working experience in systems administration, hardware and networking.
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
- Must have working knowledge of Windows network and server operating systems (Windows 2000 Server and Windows Server 2003).
- Basic customer service experience
- Certifications in CCNA, MCSE/MCITP & ITIL would be advantage.
- Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
- A team player with good communication & interpersonal skills.
- Possess the logic required to analyze and resolve highly complex technical and business problems.
- Ability to effectively communicate issues and resolutions to all levels of the organization.
3. PRODUCT ASSISTANT
(Based KL)
Job Descriptions:Assist the Product Manager on:
- Introduction and product launching preparation
- Ensuring the timely solving process through whenever problems arises of moderate complexity level are controlled and corrected
- Preparing technical diagram or documentation
- Customer site visit
Job Requirements:
- With at a diploma qualification
- With technical background in the furniture or ironmongery background
- Computer literate
3. SALES EXECUTIVE (DIY, MODERN TRADE)
(Based KL)
Job Descriptions:
- Reporting to Sales Manager
- To service exsisting retail outlets distributing the Hafele DIY Range (regular visit, stock check,etc..)
- Identify further opportunities and sales channels for the expansion of the Hafele DIY business
- To develop new business opportunities, penetrate and creat new accounts
- Execution & co-ordination of all products and sales training activities for customer and their sales staff
- Deliver & achieve the Sales Budget & Yearly Target Set by the Management
- Maintain & increase the sales of company products, initiating promotion activities with dealers from time to time
- Develop long and short-term sales strategies and plan
- Responsible for prompt payment collection
- Providing valuable market information
Job Requirements:
- Experience in retail supply chain business is an advantages
- Strong negotiation, communication and presentation skills with the ability to represent company image internally and externally professional
- Computer literacy – Microsoft Office
- Good command in both written and spoken English, Chinese & Bahasa Malaysia
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision, self motivated and responsible person
- Travelling is required
- Possess own transport
5. QUANTITY SURVEYOR
For the Project Sales Team (Based KL)
Job Descriptions:
- Prepare bill of quantities and cost estimates
- Prepares tender documents in acquiring new projects to be undertaken by the Company
- To tender and prepare costing for Interior & Building works
- Prepares variation cost, cost negotiation with clients / consultants and finalize project account
- Responsible to check and verify site requisition on materials, equipment and contracting work
- Involves in all quantity surveying and contract administration of the projects
Job Requirements:
- Diploma of Quantity Surveying / Building
- Knowledge of the local Building & Construction Industry
- Degree/ Diploma in Quantity Surveying or equivalent
- Min 2 years experience in building construction industry
- Possess strong contractual knowledge and negotiation skills
6. SENIOR SALES EXECUTIVE
Location: Kuala Lumpur and Kota Kinabalu
Several Positions for Project Team, Business Development, General Sales
Job Descriptions:
- Building & maintaining new & potential contacts with Architects, Developers, Interior Designers,. Construction contractor / and specified accounts
- Experience with ironmongery, building material, wood working/furniture industry
- Good contact to the furniture industry and/or Architects, Developers & Designers
- Leverage existing relationships and develop & grow our market position.
- Having a constant awareness of project opportunities, competitor activities & problems & recognizes trends.
- Thorough knowledge of products & services & competitor’s products and services.
- Identifies & develops relationships with key distributors, include detailed planning, regular updates, annual sales goals & joint marketing events.
Job Requirements:
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the Furniture/Construction and Building Industry or in and Interior Design Firm
- Self-starter & proactive individual with the ability to work independently.
- Aggressive with proven track record in sales.
- Ambitious and dynamic with drive, initiative and an outgoing personality
- Excellent interpersonal skills in meeting customers' expectations
- Reports to the Managing Director
